Privacy policy
In short: Pizza Empire collects no personal data. No account, no ads, no tracking, no remote analytics, no sale of data.
1. Publisher

2. Data stored on your device
Your game (restaurants, coins, gems, goals, settings, IDs of purchases already credited) is saved only on your iPhone. It is never sent to the publisher or to any third party. It may be included in your iPhone's iCloud or computer backups, depending on your Apple settings.
3. In-app purchases
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple. The publisher never has access to your identity, payment method or address. The game only receives a purchase confirmation from Apple, kept on the device so that each purchase is credited once.
4. Notifications
If you turn them on, notifications (for example "Your registers are full!") are scheduled locally on your iPhone. No notification server is used.
5. Apple services
The App Store rating prompt and purchases use Apple's services, governed by Apple's privacy policy.
6. Children
The game collects no data, including from children. In-app purchases can be restricted with Screen Time or Ask to Buy.
7. Your rights
As no personal data is collected, there is nothing for the publisher to access, correct or delete. To erase your game, delete it from your iPhone. You may also contact your data protection authority.
8. Changes
If the game changes (for example with an online save), this page will be updated before the release of that version.
